Terms & Policies
The 2Courtiers Incorporated (2Ci) is a business to business service that coordinates involvement for businesses within events, as well as the design of user environments within those same events. 2Ci does not provide any services outside of this unless agreed upon separately in writing.
In order to reserve your space within one of our user environments, we require a deposit totaling 50% of your total cost 60 days out from the event date.
CANCELLATION & Refund POLICY:
Cancellations are accepted in writing up to 31 days from the agreed upon event date, but will be subject to cancellation fee of 20% total costs if expenses were incurred related to your reservation with us. We are not able to offer a refund within 30 days of the event day you have reserved with us. In the event of a cancellation of the agreed upon event by the event producers, we will offer a full refund.
The 2Courtiers Incorporated is not liable for any losses or damages you incur at an event booking through us, and we recommend purchasing event insurance separately for the event.
